Program Overview
North Rockland High School Summer School provides students the opportunity to earn course credit and take August Regents examinations.
Registration
Students must be registered for summer school with their school counselor. Registration must be completed by Monday, June 29th, 2026.
Dates & Schedule
Program Dates: July 8, 2026 – August 19, 2026
Session 1: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
Session 2: 9:05 AM – 10:35 AM
Session 3: 10:40 AM – 12:10 PM
Note: students may not select sessions.

Attendance & Lateness Policy
The brief duration of summer school makes regular attendance imperative. Students are expected to attend classes daily.
- Family vacations are not considered a valid reason for absence.
- Parents/guardians will be notified when a student is absent.
- Students with three (3) or more absences will be removed from the Summer School Program and denied credit.
- Tardiness in excess of 15 minutes will be counted as one absence.
Policies & Regulations
- All students are expected to have a chromebook for class.
- Students must follow the NRCSD Code of Conduct.
- Students must leave the building after their last summer school course. Loitering on school grounds will NOT be permitted.
- Grades will be updated in Infinite Campus regularly.
