North Rockland High School Robotics Team Competes in Hudson Valley Regional

Things are gearing up as North Rockland High School Robotics Team 7730 uNReal takes on the Hudson Valley Regional FIRST Robotics Competition at Rockland Community College. After recent practice rounds with teams from New York, Hawaii and Turkey, the team is booting up for the first official day of qualification rounds.

Now in its eighth year, the uNReal Robotics Team gives students the chance to design, build and compete with their own robots. This season’s FIRST theme, “REBUILT,” invites teams to “rebuild the past” through a challenge featuring a specially designed, easily maneuvered game piece and a focus on adapting past strategies.
